What is your minimum order amount?

We have a $200.00 minimum order requirement.


What are your case pack quantities?

Most of our items are packed in cases of twelve pieces. We recommend ordering in full case quantities to avoid issues that may arise during shipping. Larger or more bulky items are packed in cases of two or four pieces per case. Gift sets are packed in cases of six sets per case.


What is your minimum order quantity per item?

We do not have a minimum order quantity per item, however; we suggest that all items are ordered in full case quantities (you can mix teams within each case).


How are your freight charges determined?

All freight prices are F.O.B. Great American Products, New Braunfels, Texas 78130. We offer all UPS and FedEx shipping methods. We can also arrange LTL truck shipments for larger orders.


Can you pre-ticket with UPC labels and retail pricing?

Yes we can. Purchase orders must indicate whether or not the items require UPC labels and retail pricing.


Once I place my order, how long does it take to ship?

We strive to ship all orders within 7-10 business days. During “Peak Season” lead times may extend beyond that.


If some of the items on my order did not ship, will a backorder be generated?

Backorders will be generated for any unshipped item(s) that were originally ordered in a quantity of six pieces or greater. If the backorder is less than six pieces it will be cancelled.


What should I do if something arrived damaged?

We ask that damages be reported within five business days of the order delivery. Contact your sales rep or anyone on our customer service staff to report damages.


Are your drinkware items dishwasher safe?

In order to preserve the high-quality luster of our drinkware items, we recommend hand washing only.


Are your drinkware items microwave safe?

Because most of our items are decorated with high-quality metal logos, you cannot heat them in the microwave.
